g2 Adventures (g2) will only reserve space on a trip with receipt of a registration form and non-refundable deposit for each person traveling. The deposit amount is $500 per person per trip. The deposit is due at the time of booking. Your invoiced balance is due in full 90 days prior to departure. If balance is not received 90 days prior to departure, g2 will no longer hold your reservation and reserves the right to book an alternate traveler.
All payments made to g2 must be made by Check or Money Order. Checks drawn on foreign banks must be imprinted by the bank as payable in U.S. funds. g2 reserves the right to refuse acceptance or deny participation prior to departure of anyone it deems unsuitable for a trip.
Reservations
As a trip and flights may fill several months before departure, g2 encourages early reservations. Remember, we cannot confirm your space on a trip if you have not sent the completed Registration Packet and your deposit. The Registration Packet includes detailed information on Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk that you must read and agree to with your signature.
A final pre-trip packet will be sent to you prior to your departure. This packet will include but not be limited to: last minute reminders, current travel conditions and advisories, group information and all necessary contact info for your trip. If you are leaving your home address before the scheduled trip departure date, it is your responsibility to notify g2 so alternate arrangements can be made to get you your final pre-trip packet.
Late Sign-Up & Stand-by
g2 cannot guarantee acceptance of late sign-ups. If we are able to accept deposits less than 90 days before a trip departure, a late sign-up fee of 5% of the total land costs will be assessed to cover administrative charges necessary to expedite your reservation and transmit your departure materials. Balance payment will also be due at the time of booking. In the event the tour is fully booked at the time we receive your deposit and Registration Packet, we will offer you the option of being placed on a stand-by list, or return your deposit in full. If you agree to go on the stand-by list and are not accepted on the trip, your deposit will be returned in full.

If you must cancel your trip prior to departure, money will be refunded less the deposit and cancellation fees based on the following schedule:

Cancellation and determination of cancellation fee is effective on the date of our receipt of your written notification. Payments due at the time of cancellation remain your responsibility. No partial refunds are possible for unused hotel rooms, land travel, trekking days or other sight-seeing arrangements included in the land cost. Deposits or cancellation costs cannot be applied to future trips. In the event g2 cancels a trip, for any reason, all money will be refunded.
Proof of Insurance
We require travel insurance if you are registered on a g2 trip. You must purchase an insurance policy and provide a copy of the policy that will cover you during your trip.
Please note that your Insurance Coverage must include coverage in the following areas: Trip cancellation, Interruption and delay, Emergency medical treatment and evacuation, Lost, stolen or damaged baggage or personal effects, and Baggage delay.
We recommend Travel Guard International as a travel insurance provider. We strongly recommend their Savvy Traveler. You are free to use any insurance company of your choosing that can provide this adequate coverage.
