Our tour starts in Mendoza in the Lujan de Cuyo region one of the most traditional and developed wine regions just south of Mendoza. It is home to many of Argentina’s most famous wineries and where the best Malbecs in Argentina are being produced. Our first visit will be to Bodega Benegas, where we will enjoy the real wine tradition of Mendoza in their XIX century winery. Next we will visit Bodega Domaine St Diego where we will be received by the owner, Angel Mendoza, one of the most well known enologists in Argentina. On to Bodega Melipal a modern Boutique Winery that produces only the Malbec wines.
